This means if a chair leg snaps on uneven ground, or if a table gets scratched during setup, you're covered. Spills, scuffs, and other small issues that come with hosting a live event won't cost you extra. It allows your event to flow naturally without the fear of being charged for every minor mishap.
However, not everything is covered. The damage waiver does not apply to missing or stolen items, damage from extreme weather (unless you've added rain insurance), or anything caused by negligence or misuse. If an item is damaged beyond the 15% coverage limit, the remaining cost will be billed separately.
